Jake Vande Zande
Jake VandeZande is an attorney at Lachman Stuart PLC, focusing his practice on real estate law where he works on both transactional matters and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. VandeZande worked as a summer associate for two years at Chase, Bylenga & Hulst, focusing on primarily bankruptcy, insurance, and Michigan No-Fault cases.
In May 2020, Mr. VandeZande graduated from Michigan State University College of Law (cum laude) in the top 20 percent of his class. During law school, received awards for his legal writing and research as well as the jurisprudence award in Constitutional law and Michigan No-Fault law. He was also a member of the International Law Review Journal.
Jake was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, attending Calvin Christian High School and Calvin University, thereafter, graduating in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in both History and Political Science. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time on Lake Michigan, volunteering as a Young Life leader, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
